Still going on zucchini season - and now all the hostesses are trying to share their recipes for their preparation. There are many recipes, and I want to try them all.

The other day I came across one cooking recipe that interested me zucchini with minced meat in the oven. And today I want to share my result!

The dish really turns out to be very tasty, a minimum of ingredients is required and no hassle with preparation.

But, this is not the only recipe with zucchini on my channel, there are also other options, if you are interested, I will leave a link to them at the bottom of this publication.

Ingredients for cooking zucchini with minced meat:

Young zucchini (small) - 3 pcs.
Any minced meat - 350 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Rice - about 50-60 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Greens to taste
Sour cream - 300 g
Ketchup (or tomato sauce) - 50 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper and spices to taste

Let's get started ...

First of all, boil the rice until half cooked in slightly salted water.

Next, combine rice with minced meat, add finely chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper.

We knead well.

We pass to the zucchini. If you use good young zucchini, just wash them, but if the peel is damaged, then it is better to peel it off. Then we cut the zucchini into washers, up to 0.7 cm thick.

Now we take one zucchini washer one by one, literally put a teaspoon of minced meat, level it a little and cover with a second washer. And, we continue in the same spirit ... We put it all in a baking dish. In this case, it is not necessary to use a rectangular shape, you can beautifully lay out in a round shape.

Now we fill it. Put sour cream in a small bowl, add tomato sauce or your favorite ketchup, break the egg, pepper, salt a little and mix with just a fork. If desired, you can grate some cheese into this filling.

Water the zucchini with minced meat with the filling made. We close the form with foil and send it to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, somewhere for 1 hour, and, after the test, I was satisfied with this "consistency of readiness" zucchini. Although, in the original recipe, the author indicated 1.5 hours of baking - but here it’s probably all about the functionality of the oven. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
