The apple is one of the most popular fruits used in baked goods! I'm sure every housewife knows more than one recipe with this fruit. Of course, now is not the main season for picking apples, but there are a lot of volunteers in the garden, which means that the season of "apple baking" can already begin!

And today I want to propose to cook a soft apple cookies or biscuit buns with apples. Perhaps, having tried to cook it at least once, the recipe will take one of the places on the list of your favorites!

The finished baked goods prepared according to this recipe turn out to be very tasty and fluffy, and it is not a hassle to cook them.

Cooking ingredients:

Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 200-230 g
Apples - 400 g

Let's start cooking ...

First thing i am preparing apples - I peel them and cut them into small cubes. But, I can say with confidence that they will have time to darken in some time, although in principle, when you add it to the dough, it is imperceptible. If this confuses you, make the dough first, and only then do the apples.

And to prepare the dough, break the eggs into a bowl, add literally a pinch of salt, vanillin to taste, sugar and beat with a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous mixture is formed - so lightly, without zeal.

Add soft butter or melted butter, mix a little again.

Then we sift the flour along with the baking powder and knead a fairly thick biscuit dough - it will stick tightly on a spoon or spatula and not drain.

Add prepared apples to the dough and mix.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, you can grease it a little with vegetable oil, and then, using a tablespoon, lay out the dough with apples in small slides.

We bake soft cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. A slight blush will appear - that's enough! Ready-made cookies can be sprinkled with simply powdered sugar or with the addition of cinnamon. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
