Today I want to share with you another interesting recipe for cooking zucchini. All ingredients for cooking are the simplest, but it is one of them that gives the dish a special piquancy.

Ingredients for today's meal:

Young zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Kefir - 100 ml
Sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Let's start cooking ...

We measure 100 ml of kefir into a suitable bowl and heat it up a little in the microwave. Next, add the egg (I got it with two yolks), sugar, salt and pour in the soy sauce, mix everything.

Sift the flour with baking powder and mix again. The consistency of the finished dough resembles condensed milk.

Now we put the pan on the stove, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it up. And while the oil is warming up, we take the zucchini, rinse and cut into thin slices, about 0.5 cm thick.

Dip the sliced ​​zucchini in the dough and put in a pan with heated oil.

Fry on low heat on both sides, until a characteristic golden brown crust is formed. Then transfer to paper towels to get rid of excess oil. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
