Cottage cheese - a fairly common product that is used as the main ingredient for making filling in sweet pies! But, it is also used to make the dough itself - curd pastries always turn out to be very tender, soft and tasty.
And today I want to offer for all lovers of cottage cheese baking recipe for soft and delicious curd bunsthat perfectly complement a cozy homemade tea party!

Ingredients for making curd buns:
Cottage cheese - 250 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vanillin to taste
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 250-270 g
One chicken yolk for greasing buns
Let's start cooking ...
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a little vanillin, a pinch of salt, pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and grind with a mixer or a whisk into a homogeneous mixture.
Next, add the curd. My advice is to use soft pasty curd, or fatty, homemade. With this kind of curd, the dough for the buns turns out to be more uniform and tender, and the buns themselves are airy and very appetizing.
Now we sift the flour with baking powder and knead the soft dough.
Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces and round them carefully. We spread the prepared buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, grease with whipped yolk.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees - 20-25 minutes. And the cooled buns can be sprinkled with powdered sugar! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
