Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope that the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
On weekends, I want to pamper my family and loved ones with some delicious dishes and, of course, pastries.
And today I want to invite you to cook soft honey cookie - fragrant, ruddy, slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is prepared without hassle, from the simplest ingredients. Delicious pastries for tea with an unusual shape, which is very easy to make.
Be sure to indulge your loved ones with such pastries!
But, this is not the only recipe for making cookies in my "arsenal", below under this publication I will leave for you a few more links to other cookie recipes that I published earlier. Be sure to see - everything is delicious!
Cooking ingredients:
Butter - 50 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 200 g
Getting started cooking ...
Break one egg into a bowl, add honey and rub it with a whisk.
Next, pour in the melted butter (just not hot), add sugar, you can still add a little vanillin to taste and mix again.
Now sift the flour along with the baking powder and knead the soft, pliable dough. You may need a little more flour, but literally two tablespoons.
Wrap the finished dough in cling film or put in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a not too thin tourniquet.
Cut into small pieces, slightly larger than a walnut and roll each piece into a slightly oblong ball.
Now we make shallow notches with the blunt side of the knife, and the edges of the oval are fastened together, we get very beautiful "shells".
We transfer the prepared cookies to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper ...
... And we send to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 25-30 minutes. And if you wish, you can sprinkle the slightly cooled cookies with icing sugar. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
