Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious, aromatic pork belly cuts. It turns out no worse than boiled pork. Soft, delicious is perfect not only for breakfast sandwiches, but also as a snack on the festive table. This is due to the fact that the meat is preliminarily marinated in a fragrant brine before baking.

Recipe:

Pork belly -1.5kg.

Water -2 liters

Salt -3 tbsp.

Seasoning for barbecue -1 tbsp.

Bay leaf -3-4 pcs.

Mustard seeds -1 tsp

Coriander seeds -1 tsp

Before baking:

Garlic -1 head

Seasoning for barbecue -1 tbsp.

To add color:

Smoked paprika -1 tbsp

Honey -1 tsp.

We take a large saucepan from me with a volume of 5.2 liters.

COOKING METHOD

Add 3 tbsp. salt or at the rate of 2 tbsp. salt per 1 kg of brisket. Add 1 tbsp. spices for barbecue, bay leaf, 1 tsp. coriander and 1 tsp. mustard seeds.

We put on fire as it boils, boil over low heat for 5 minutes and turn it off. Let the brine cool completely. I have a pork breast weight of 1.5 kg.

As soon as the brine has cooled, lower the brisket so that it is completely immersed.

We close the lid and put it in a cool place to marinate for a day, I put it in the refrigerator. You can leave it for 2 days if you have time. Peel 1 head of garlic and pass through a garlic press. Add 1 tbsp to the garlic. seasonings for barbecue and mix.

Gone 1 stack, take out the brisket, dry it with paper towels and rub it with spices.
Now, so that the pieces keep their shape well, we tie them with threads.
Wrap in foil, preferably in two layers.

Put on a baking sheet, put in the oven, cook at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp. smoked paprika with 1 tsp. honey, take out the brisket, unfold. Add the juice from the brisket to the paprika and bring it to the desired consistency. Now we take a brush and apply paprika to the brisket. Put in the oven and bake at top heat for 5-10 minutes. take out, turn it over, grease it with paprika and put it in the oven again for 5-10 minutes.

The brisket is already ready, you can serve it hot if you wish. I cook it for cold cuts, so I let it cool completely.

Now that it has cooled down, you can cut it. Soft, aromatic, the meat melts in your mouth. Words cannot even describe how delicious it is, to understand you just need to take it and cook it. Moreover, the process is not complicated.
