Looking for a quick cake recipe from the available products, and at the same time, to spend a minimum of time on cooking?

Then, I want to invite you to cook airy sponge cake, in the filling of which you can add any berries or fruits - this recipe always helps me out when I want to quickly prepare something for tea.

Preparing the cake will take you literally 5 minutes - and the oven will complete the rest of the work!

And at the bottom of this publication I will leave for you a few more links to other baking recipes - which I published some time ago, and which many of my subscribers have already appreciated and tried!

Ingredients for making the berry and fruit pie:

Milk - 200 ml
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Vegetable oil - 120 ml
Vanillin - to taste
Baking powder - 2 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 300 g
And any fruits or berries

And now we are preparing ...

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanillin or vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed.

Next, pour in milk (at least warm, at least cold), vegetable oil and work a little more with a mixer.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder and another 2 minutes of work with the mixer - a homogeneous biscuit the dough is ready!

Pour the finished dough into a suitable baking dish (I have a diameter of 22 cm), greased with a small amount of vegetable oil ...

... and on top we lay out pieces of any fruit or berries - strawberries, raspberries, peaches, apricots, in general, any to your liking.

We bake the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees - 30-35 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. The pie turns out to be tall, loose and moderately sweet! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
