Someone thinks that the microwave is harmful - and never uses it! Someone only uses to reheat ready-made food. I use it fully - I warm up food, and prepare hot dishes, even bake pies!

Today I will tell you how I'm making a quick apple pie in the microwave! I cook according to this recipe quite often - everything is done very quickly and easily.

This cake tastes like charlotte, but it takes only 5 minutes to bake. I highly recommend that you try to make such a cake at least once (if you have a microwave), the ingredients are minimal - even if you don't like it, you won't lose much. But I'm sure you'll love this cake!

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 1/2 cup (120 g)
Flour - 1 cup (130-135 g)
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Vanillin to taste
A pinch of salt (for flavor balance)
Apples - 2 pcs.

And now let's get down to cooking ...

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, vanillin, salt.

And with the help of a mixer, beat into a fluffy mass - you can do without a mixer, just use a whisk, but in this case the cake is not so fluffy.

Next, sift the flour and beat again with a mixer. This concludes the preparation of the dough!

We peel the apples, remove the core with seeds and cut into thin slices.

We take a suitable dish for baking in the microwave (the size of my form is 20 by 20 cm) - and now you need to cover the bottom with a small piece of parchment paper and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Of course, you can just grease it with butter, but I have had such cases that after removing the cake from the mold, the bottom remained in it, with parchment it is safer - the cake is easily removed from the mold. Put the sliced ​​apples in the prepared form.

Pour the dough on top, and in the microwave... We turn it on at full power and set the timer for five minutes. During this time, it will definitely be baked - it has been tried more than once! Although it all depends on the functionality of your device!

Take the finished cake out of the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar or, for example, coconut. Yes, there is one drawback !!! The pie turns out to be pale, without a golden crust - but at the same time it is very tasty! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
