Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!

You don’t know what to bake for tea today, then you did the right thing, that they looked at my page!

I have a delicious sour cream pie on my menu today! And now I want to share the recipe for this cake with you. It would be correct to call this cake "always successful" - even a novice housewife can cook it. It is prepared very quickly and simply - the whole process of preparing the dough and filling will take you literally 10 minutes, but the oven will do the rest of the work for you.

Sour cream never stagnates in my refrigerator: I share a recipe for a delicious sour cream pie - which always turns out

Cooking ingredients:

For the test:
Butter - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 300 g
For filling:
Sour cream 20% - 400 g
Sugar - 120 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Corn or potato) starch - 2 tbsp. l.
Berries (fresh or frozen) - 150 g (optional)

Getting started cooking ...

First, break the eggs into a separate small bowl, add sugar and break the mixture with a whisk.

Now sift the flour into another, much larger bowl, add a pinch of salt, baking powder, mix. And here on a grater we rub chilled (or better frozen) butter.

With your hands, thoroughly grind the flour mixture to a state of fine crumbs. It is important to do this as quickly as possible so that the pieces of butter do not start to melt from the warmth of your hands.

Combine the contents of two bowls and quickly knead the dough. You do not need to knead the dough thoroughly, as soon as all the components are assembled into a single whole, we stop kneading. If you minimize the contact of the dough with your hands, the butter will not melt ahead of time, and the base of the cake will be crumbly.

Now we take a suitable baking dish (it is better if it is detachable - it is from this form that the pie is easiest to get). Lightly grease it with butter and lay out the finished dough, evenly distributing it along the bottom and making the sides about 5 cm. And while we set aside.

Now you can make the filling quickly! Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, starch, mix with a whisk.

Add sour cream and mix everything again.

Pour the finished filling into a baking dish with dough. If desired, lay out berries or some fruits on top. You can add absolutely any - this time I have frozen blueberries. It works great with cherries, currants and strawberries. If there are no berries or fruits, it's okay, the cake will also be very tasty. You can also add chocolate, cut into small pieces.

The pie is baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 1 hour (some may need a little longer, it all depends on the functionality of your oven). We take out the baked pie from the oven and let it cool completely in the form and only then remove it. It tastes good both right after cooking and the next day - it's very tender! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
