Awesome curly buns: made easier than cheesecakes

Today I make buns or curls with cottage cheese - a very simple successful recipe for baking tea. And any pastry with cottage cheese turns out to be very tasty, and most people like it.

Ingredients:

For the test:
Milk - 200 ml
Pressed yeast - 25 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 80 g
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - 1 tsp l. (incomplete)
Flour - 550 g
For filling:
Fatty cottage cheese - 550-600 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin - to taste

We are preparing a two-stage dough - that is, we will first prepare the dough, and only then there will be the main batch. For dough, pour a glass of warm milk into a bowl, crumbling yeast (pressed can be replaced with dry), add a tablespoon of sugar, taken from the total, 5-6 tablespoons of flour (150 g), stir. And, we put a bowl of dough in a warm place - the more comfortable (warmer) conditions you create, the faster the dough will fit.

Pour the dough into a larger bowl, pour in the melted butter, break the eggs, add all the remaining sugar, salt, vanillin (optional) and stir. The mixture is warm, so the sugar and salt will dissolve well.

Add flour in several stages and knead soft, not at all sticky dough. And again, put the bowl of dough in a warm place, in an hour it will be ready!

An hour has passed, the dough has come well, we proceed to further actions.

But, first prepare the curd filling. Add sugar, vanillin and 1.5 eggs to the cottage cheese - that is, one whole egg and only white, leave the yolk to grease the buns / curls. Rub with a pusher or fork until smooth.

Now put the dough on the table, add a little flour and roll it into a rectangular layer. Put the curd filling on top and spread it over the entire surface, leave one long edge unsprayed.

We roll it into a roll, gently pinch the edges and cut into pieces, about 3 cm wide.

We transfer the curls to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leave for 15 minutes for proofing, covering with a cotton towel. Then grease with whipped yolk.

We bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cook, taste, bon appetit!
