Cucumber salad as a blank - a real find!
It's a great snack, and just an interesting side dish is very tasty home-cooked meals.

Ingredients:
3 kg of cucumbers
3 medium carrots
1 cup 6% vinegar
0.5 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of sugar
Article 1.5. l. salts with slide
2 garlic cloves
2 hours. l. seasonings for Korean carrot
Preparation:
1. Cucumbers wash and cut into 8 pieces.
2. Carrot Wash, peel and grate on a special grater. Ideally, if there is a grater with a nozzle for carrots in Korean.
3. Garlic peel and cut into slices.
4. All of this will combine in a saucepan.
5. Add seasonings, oil, sugar, salt, vinegar. If you like sharp little, then you can add 1 bitter pepper and half the chilli pod.
6. Stir and leave for a day to stand out juice.
7. Banks with sterilized lids.
8. Decompose salad 0.5 l banks.
9. Put them in hot water, boiled (sterilized) 10 minutes and immediately boiled roll covers.
Turn over the banks to cover, wrap up and leave until cool.
Storing it in a cool place.
