#crabnatural A few years ago, in one of the restaurants, I ate Crab Japana salad, very tasty, I actually remembered the ingredients, but I decided to make my own interpretation)) This salad certainly hits the pocket, but it's worth a try))) Detachable form 18 cm or small salad bowl.
Ingredients: natural crab meat (I had boiled ice cream), boiled eggs, bell peppers, avocados (choose avocados not too soft, but not hard), a mixture of lettuce, tomato, dill and parsley, soft cheese, Mayonnaise, Salt (I advise you to use coarse salt, not fine, the most common stone table salt salt, coarse iodized sea salt, or mill salt), Red Caviar (this is not a required ingredient, but if you have crab meat, you can also buy a jar of caviar ☺️)
Cooking method:
Lay the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the dish.
We cut the avocado into cubes and put it on top of the salad, a little salt (leave 1/4 of the cut avocado for decoration).
On top of the avocado we make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and lay the next layer and then a little mayonnaise.
Finely chop the crab meat, after removing the transparent cartilage, if any, and spread it in a layer, salt a little.
Lubricate the crab with soft cheese.
We cut the tomatoes into cubes, after freeing them from seeds and juice, and lay them out in the next layer and then apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer and also make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Finely chop the dill and parsley and mix with the remaining avocado and spread along the edge of the salad.
We decorate the middle of the salad with red caviar))) enjoy, bon appetit 😋
PS, in principle, crab meat can be replaced with shrimp, it will also be very tender))) I probably don’t advise replacing it with crab sticks, but maybe 🤔 it will also be tasty, but then this is a different salad))) if someone suddenly decides to take the ingredients as a basis and use crab sticks instead of natural crab, it will be interesting to find out delicious li ☺️
