How the morning usually begins, of course with breakfast! And if this breakfast is prepared literally 10 minutes, the morning turns out to be doubly good.

Today I will offer you a recipe for making a quick and tasty breakfast (or not breakfast) in a frying pan, where the most ordinary thin pita bread is the basis. The result is something like a la pizza !!!

I take a thin pita bread, cut it with scissors directly into a frying pan and cook a quick breakfast, literally in 10 minutes

Such a dish is being prepared literally 10 minutes - it's really simple, tasty and rather unusual.

Cooking ingredients:

Thin lavash - 1 pc.
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Milk - 120-150 ml
Suluguni cheese - 100 g
Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
And literally 2 hours. l. vegetable oil

Let's start cooking ...

We take the most ordinary sheet of thin lavash and cut it into strips 2-3 cm thick with scissors. This can of course be done with a sharp knife, but scissors are much more convenient. Next, pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into the pan and immediately lay the sliced ​​pita bread. We turn on the fire and begin to quickly prepare the fill ...

Break the eggs into a bowl, pour in milk, add salt and black pepper to taste (you can still add some spices) and whisk the mixture with a whisk.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan, completely covering the pita bread.

Put the tomatoes on top, which we cut into thin circles or slices.

Then we rub the cheese on a coarse grater - right into the pan, without smudging excess dishes! Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes - as soon as the cheese melts, remove the pan from the stove. In this recipe I use suluguni, but you can take absolutely any cheese that melts well. You can also add sliced ​​sausage or boiled chicken breast - then it will definitely be morning fast pizza! It is really delicious, satisfying, simple and quick - the perfect breakfast or snack.
