Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
✅ 👌Each housewife has a couple of proven pancake recipes in her arsenal!
Today I want to offer you another recipe for delicious pancakes with an unusual set of ingredients - this is just one egg and several briquettes of processed cheese. I never thought that anything other than sandwiches could be made from such a set of ingredients. Exactly until the moment when a friend treated me to cheese pancakes. I was extremely surprised, because they are prepared with only three main products.
A nutritious, inexpensive and quick meal that's perfect for breakfast or snack - try it, it's delicious!
Ingredients for making cheese pancakes:
Processed cheese curds - 3 pcs. (90 g each)
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Ground black pepper salt to taste
Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Let's start cooking ...
First of all, we take processed cheese and rub them on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. To prevent the cheese from sticking to the grater surface, I put it in the freezer shortly before cooking. In just 15-20 minutes, the curds freeze a little, and they are much easier to grate. By the way, I want to draw your attention to the fact that it is better to buy processed cheese, and not a raw product with a milk fat substitute - pancakes may not work out of such a product.
Add 1 egg to the grated cheese and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour. And thoroughly rub the mass with a fork. Everything is the same as when preparing ordinary cheese cakes - nothing complicated.
Now we wet our hands in water, take a little cheese mass, roll a ball out of it, and then flatten it to make a neat round cake. In total, 6-7 pancakes will come out of this amount of ingredients - just enough for breakfast.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and put the prepared cheese pancakes. Fry over medium heat, covered for 3-4 minutes, until a characteristic golden brown crust. After that, turn over to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

First we put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove the oil, and then serve. The pancakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very aromatic, with a rich cheesy taste. Delicious with sour cream and fresh herbs. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
Best regards, Oksana!
