Today I make very interesting and delicious waffle crust snack rolls. Such cakes can be bought in almost any store - I bought them in the "Traffic Light" store at a low price. Mashed potatoes and sausages are used as filling.

Cooking ingredients:

Wafer cakes
Mashed potatoes
Sausages
2-3 chicken eggs

Waffle cakes come in round, square or rectangular shapes - you can use any of them in this recipe.

We use yesterday's half-eaten mashed potatoes as a filling! It needs to be warmed up before use - I add a little milk, stir and heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes. And of course, you can boil the potatoes just before cooking, and make mashed potatoes from them as well. If you prefer, you can add chopped herbs or lightly fried onions to the puree.

We spread the sausages around the edge.

And, we twist the waffle cake with the contents into a roll. Warm puree makes the crust soft enough to roll freely.

Cut the rolled roll into 2 cm pieces / washers.

Next, break 2-3 chicken eggs into a bowl, stir them with a fork. Dip the chopped pieces in the egg mixture.

And, fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides, literally for a minute on each side. In time, the entire cooking process will take you no more than 15 minutes - of course, on condition of already cooked mashed potatoes. In my opinion, this is a really very good idea for a quick snack! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
