Today I want to invite you to cook delicious crunchy burgers! A very good recipe, so I recommend doubling the portion of the ingredients - because they are eaten in one sitting.

Be sure to pamper yourself and your loved ones with such buns!

Ingredients for making buns (20-22 buns in total):

For the test:
Milk - 450 ml
Butter - 100 g
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp l.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 150-170 g
Sunflower oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Vanillin to taste
Flour - 700-800 g
For filling:
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 100 g
Walnuts - 100 g
Flour - 150 g

Getting started cooking ...

Pour 2 tablespoons of flour taken from the total amount into a bowl, a tablespoon of sugar, add yeast (instead of dry yeast, you can use pressed (30 g), before adding them you need crumble). Pour in half the required amount of milk (it should be warm, but not hot), and mix everything well. Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Now melt the butter in the microwave (or on the stove - as it is more convenient for anyone), let it cool a little, pour it into the ripened dough. Add the remaining sugar, milk, vegetable oil, break the egg, add salt and, if desired, vanillin. We mix.

Then we sift the flour and knead the soft dough, pleasant to the touch. We put the bowl of dough in a warm place for about an hour and a half.

And at this time, we will prepare the filling - we dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan, and then chop them with a knife into small pieces (or you can grind them in a blender).

In another bowl, cut the chilled butter into small pieces, add sugar, flour and rub into crumbs with your hands. And while the dough is rising, this sprinkling must be removed in the refrigerator so that the butter does not have time to melt.

A certain amount of time passed, the dough rose well ...

We divide the finished dough into 2 parts (this is only for convenience in work), and alternately roll each part into a thin layer, about 4 mm thick. Cut over long triangular segments (as for croissants) and sprinkle with sand crumbs and chopped nuts.

We fold into neat rolls, starting from the wide edge of the triangle to the narrow one.

We spread the prepared buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment, leave to proof for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Finished buns can be sprinkled with icing sugar or icing. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
