Ingredients:
Vegetable oil (refined) 200 gr.
Egg 1 pc.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Mustard 0.5 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

To make mayonnaise, you need a hand blender and a bowl. The secret of cooking lies precisely in the nozzle, which in a short period of time whips the ingredients, turning them into mayonnaise.

Food should be fresh and at room temperature. Send each food in turn to the blender bowl:

1. Pour in vegetable oil;

2. Add sugar and salt;

3. Mustard;

4. Squeeze out the lemon juice;

5. Gently beat in the egg without damaging the yolk;

To avoid bacteria on chicken eggs. Before sending the egg to the blender bowl, put it in boiling water for 1 minute (BUT DO NOT BOOST), and then in cold.

Insert the blender attachment into the bowl directly on top of the egg while pressing against the bottom of the bowl, beat at high speed without lifting the attachment until a white mass appears at the bottom of the bowl. Then lift the nozzle and continue whisking until smooth.

After 2 minutes, you will get a thick and tasty mayonnaise.
