STEP # 1
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water with onions, carrots and peppercorns for 20-30 minutes. Refrigerate and then tear into fibers with your hands or cut with a knife.
2. Cut the fresh cucumber into strips and add to the salad bowl to the finished meat.
3. White-headed or Chinese cabbage chop with a knife. I add white cabbage to the salad. I recommend rubbing the cabbage lightly with your hands, it will become juicier and softer.
4. Peel a fresh apple, cut into strips and be sure to sprinkle with lemon juice. Choose a variety of sweet and sour apples, add to the rest of the salad ingredients.
STEP # 2
Festive salad baskets
Take spinach pita bread or regular pita bread. Cut into 15x15 cm squares. Fold two squares on top of each other.
Secure the corners of the pita bread with a toothpick from 4 sides.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and turn off. Send baskets for 10-15 minutes dry, then remove the toothpicks. The baskets can be prepared in advance.

Combine vegetable or olive oil in a container, add salt, sugar, ground white pepper, dried ginger (can be replaced with garlic), lemon juice and fried sesame seeds. Stir. Light, tasty salad turns out, cook at least every day!
Season the salad, put it in a salad bowl or pita baskets.
Ingredients for the salad:
Chicken fillet (boiled) 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber 2 pcs.
White cabbage 400g (or Chinese cabbage)
Apple 1 pc.
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Lavash with spinach 1 pack
Salad dressing:
Vegetable oil 100-150ml
Ground white pepper 1/3 tsp
Dried ginger or garlic 1/3 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 50g
