And what we are worse? All that is needed, and a piece of beef tenderloin, wild mushrooms and white sauce - that's the dish with the king's table in the modern kitchen. Why not...

Ingredients:

4 pieces of 150-200 c. beef tenderloin (medallions)
500 gr. cep (can chantarelle or mushrooms)
1 h. l. dried thyme or 5 fresh twigs
150 ml of dry red wine
1 cup water or broth
150 ml whipping cream
4 tbsp. l. butter
2 tbsp. l. olive or other vegetable oil
1 head of onions
2 garlic cloves
salt
0.5 hours. l. ground black pepper
3 pea allspice

Preparation:

1. For this recipe, you can use dried or frozen mushrooms. Dried mushrooms have to pre-soak for 3-5 hours, the loan squeeze and chop.

Fresh white mushrooms must be pre-boiled, or use frozen. It is important that the mushrooms were sliced ​​not too large.

2. Onion, onion small, clean and cut into semicircles.
3. Garlic peel and chop finely.
4. In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp. l. butter and 1 tbsp. l. vegetable.

5. Fry mushrooms 10 minutes in an oil, then add thyme, onion and garlic.

Next pour broth or water and boiled another half.

10. Then a thin stream to enter into the sauce cream, bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens. Salt and pepper sauce is not necessary.

11. Served Imperial veal as follows: on the plate is laid a piece of meat on top of mushrooms and cream sauce poured all.

But I prefer another way: in the sauce put the mushrooms and chunks of beef, cover with a lid and put into a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
