Yoghurt Cake with Strawberries "Yummy"

Delicate, just melts in your mouth, a fragrant cake without baking in strawberry season is just a godsend. The perfect summer strawberry dessert for adults and children alike.

Cook with me and enjoy its taste! Cooking time 1 hour.

Ingredients:

Shortbread cookies 250g
Butter 60g
Strawberry 1kg
Instant gelatin 45g
Milk 200ml
Strawberry yogurt 1l
Strawberry jelly 90g (1 pack)
Water 400ml

1. Pour gelatin with lukewarm milk and leave to swell.

2. After swelling, dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.

3. Grind shortbread cookies in a blender into small crumbs.

4. Add softened butter to the cookie crumbs. Stir. This will be the base of the cake.

5. Wrap a detachable baking dish (diameter 26 cm) with cling film. The finished cake will be easy to remove from the mold.

6. Pour crumb with oil on the bottom of the mold, tamp it tightly with a spoon, with your hands or whatever is convenient for you.

7. Cut half of the large strawberries into 2 parts for the side of the cake, and leave the rest whole to fill the inside of the cake.

Place the halves on the side with the cut part outward, fill the inside of the cake with whole berries.

8. Pour melted gelatin into the yogurt in a thin stream (the gelatin should not be hot), mix. For those who like a very sweet dessert, you can add powdered sugar if you wish.

9. Pour some of the gelatin yogurt into the strawberry pan so that the berries don't float to the top. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

10. Then pour the rest of the yoghurt to the top, so that the berries are covered for a white yoghurt top. Send to refrigerator for solidification.

11. Dissolve a bag of strawberry jelly in 400 ml of hot water, refrigerate. Pour over the top of the cake and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.

12. Remove the finished cake from the mold and serve. Bon Appetit everyone!
