- 600 gr flour
- 100 gr sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 300 ml milk (warm)
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 20 g pressed yeast (or 2 tsp fast)
- filling:
- dry apples
- jam

The dough recipe is the simplest, the grandmother of my children, does everything by eye. But this time we measured and counted everything to share with you!
We send yeast into warm milk, dissolve. Go sugar, salt, eggs and vegetable oil with mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
Now you can add flour, the dough is soft, but liquid. So we send it to proofing, in a warm place for an hour (cover the cup with foil).
The filling is classic today for buns from childhood. Boil dried fruits (dried apples from the summer cottage), drain and pass through a meat grinder. Then add any jam to taste. Add a little sugar to the apple broth and get an excellent compote.
The dough works well. After an hour, knock down (mix) the dough and let it rise again, 30 minutes is enough. Dust the table with flour and divide the dough into small pieces (25 g), form balls and lightly (top) brush with vegetable oil. We got 50+ pieces. Until we cut, they will not dry out.
We stretch each bun into a small cake (even a small one). Cut out a circle in the center with a cut-out, into which we add the filling. Form an eight from the cut strip and cover the filling.
We send the buns into a preheated oven for 10 minutes, the temperature is 200 degrees. As soon as they got it, while still hot, grease the buns with vegetable oil.
