Thanks to the addition of cottage cheese to the minced meat, the cutlets turn out to be the most delicate, the cottage cheese itself in the finished cutlets does not taste itself. Cutlets keep their shape well, do not blur and do not fall apart.

Recipe:
Minced meat -500g.
Eggs -2pcs.
Cottage cheese -200gr.
Bread crumbs -50g.
Water -50ml.
Onions -1-2pcs.
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Measure out 50 grams of bread crumbs, add 50 ml of water and leave the bread crumbs to swell.
We measure out 200 grams of cottage cheese and punch it with a blender, if there is no blender, rub it through a sieve. The curd should be soft and not sour.
Put 500 grams of minced meat in a bowl, mine is mixed. We break 2 eggs, an incomplete teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste.
Grind 2 small onions with a blender and add to the minced meat. Mix everything well and now add cottage cheese and crackers. We mix. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Form the cutlets and place them on a baking sheet. From this amount of ingredients I get 12 cutlets weighing 80 grams. We put in a preheated oven and cook at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
