Chicken fillet cut into strips and fry.
I have a package of 200 g of funchose, I took half and cooked it as written on the package, boiled funchose for 3-4 minutes, put it in a colander and then rinsed with cold water.
Three carrots on a grater for Korean carrots, add a little salt and crumple lightly.
Add chicken.
In the pan where the chicken was fried, fry the chopped garlic and onion.
Grate the cucumber on the same grater, but you can also cut into strips.
We add funchose to the resulting one, I cut it with scissors so that it was not very long and it was convenient to mix it, and then eat it. The salad should be moderately spicy, so add your favorite spices. While stirring, if necessary, add vegetable oil, but do not forget that we fried the garlic and onions in oil.
