Recipe for a delicious meat pie with beef from unleavened dough. Cake turns out very juicy and fragrant.

Ingredients:

meal - 3 tbsp.
butter - 230 c.
sour cream - 4 tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 pc.
beef - 700 g.
onions - 4 pcs.
pepper - 1 tsp

Preparation:

Butter finely chopped and spread 2 cups flour, rub the butter with the flour hands to small crumbs.

Add the sour cream and mix.
We pour the remnants of flour and knead the dough uniform.
The dough of wheat flour is dark, you can prepare from anywhere.

Pure beef very finely chopped, add finely chopped onion, pepper, salt and mix well.

Divide the dough in a ratio of 40/60 and unroll 2 circle.
Big circle place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Spread on prepared circle stuffing beef.

Top cover with a smaller circle and with fingers for fastening the lower part of the dough with the upper.
Lubricates beaten egg.

In the middle of the prepared pie cut holes.

Send the meat pie in a preheated oven to 185 degrees for 40 minutes.

We take out the cake is almost ready, the hole slowly pour half a cup of water, if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake another 10 minutes.

Ready cake flavored with beef taken out, covered with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.
