And zucchini again😄 In the zucchini ripening season, I advise you to cook this delicious and quick zucchini casserole. The calorie content of zucchini is only 20 kcal per 100 grams, so this vegetable is recommended for people who follow a diet for weight loss💃

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. squash
  • 150-200 gr. cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour (whole grain can be used)
  • 2 pcs. eggs 🥚
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream
  • to taste Salt, pepper

Steps

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze lightly.

Add half the cheese, finely grated, eggs, flour, a spoonful of sour cream for tenderness and squeezed garlic.

Finely chop the dill and add to the zucchini, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well).

Grease the dish with vegetable or olive oil, lay out our zucchini evenly, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top).

Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until browned on top.
