Ingredients
- 2 pcs. squash
- 150-200 gr. cheese
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour (whole grain can be used)
- 2 pcs. eggs 🥚
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream
- to taste Salt, pepper
Steps
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze lightly.
Add half the cheese, finely grated, eggs, flour, a spoonful of sour cream for tenderness and squeezed garlic.
Finely chop the dill and add to the zucchini, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well).
