- When the dough is ready, add the cranberries.
Grease the dough with butter, tighten with plastic wrap and remove to a warm place until the volume doubles. This is approximately 1.5 - 2.0 hours.
- Prepare the form. Knead the dough and arrange in the molds.
- Send the dough in the tins to a warm place again until the volume doubles.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C degrees.
- Grease the cakes with a mixture of sour cream and yolk.
