Potato casserole with minced meat. Simple, satisfying and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 600-700 g minced meat
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 glass of milk
  • to taste Cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • sugar
  • bouillon

Steps

Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and place on a greased baking sheet. Salt.

Boil milk and half of the cream. Pour over potatoes.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until almost cooked.

While the potatoes are baking, make a meat sauce similar to the bolognese sauce. Fry the meat in a pan.

Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, a little sugar, broth in powder.

Add a few cups of hot water and some cream (here to taste too).

Pour the sauce over the potatoes, spread the cheese as much as you want and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve with salad or warm vegetables.
