- 500 g meat
- 1-2 legs
- 1 ear
- 5 pcs chicken wings
- Garlic
- Salt, peppercorn mixture, lavrushka
- 1-2 onions
Steps
The meat and all other parts must be well rinsed and cleaned.
Put whatever meat you like (I have pork and chicken).
The more limbs, ears and possibly a tail, the harder the jelly will harden.
Put everything in a saucepan, add 1-2 onions and cover with cold water and put on fire.
As soon as the water boils, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
After the meat is cooked, it must be removed to cool.
Add pepper, bay leaf and salt to the broth.
Let it boil for another 20 minutes and add 2-3 large cloves of garlic to the broth.
The meat needs to be cut and put on plates, pour over with broth and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or better overnight.
