Another favorite oven potato recipe! Very tender, with a creamy taste and a cheese aroma! It is easy to prepare, but there is one secret.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 ml kefir
- 1 pc onion
- 3 tooth garlic
- 150-200 gr cheese
- salt, potato seasoning
- vegetable oil for frying
Steps
I prepared everything, I have 1% kefir. And I will immediately reveal a little secret, if kefir is strongly sour, dilute it in half with water. Then the potatoes will cook faster.
Cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Cut the potatoes into thin circles, send them to a baking dish. This also includes salt, spices, fried onions and 2/3 cheese (grated on a coarse grater). Fill everything with kefir and mix well.
Cooking in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. After 30-35 minutes, take out and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. put back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
