How easy and tasty to spend the whole summer? Today I will answer this question. A quick recipe that can be served hot or cold. Tasty, aromatic and a little spicy! In a word, a trifle of zucchini!

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 pcs bell pepper
  • 1-2 pcs onion
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt, black pepper
  • parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pc hot pepper

Steps


Everything is prepared very easily, prepare all the products and in a few minutes the dish will be ready!


We start by frying the onion, chopped into thin strips. When the onion is golden, remove and fry the bell peppers here. In a little oil, over high heat (4 minutes).


Remove the pepper to the onion and cook the zucchini until light golden brown. The courgettes were cut into small pieces.


Now we connect everything, return the onion and pepper to the finished zucchini. Add sour cream, salt, black pepper and thin hot pepper rings. Stir, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, let all the aromas get married.


Add finely chopped herbs and chopped garlic a minute before cooking. The dish is ready! You can watch how we prepared it in the video.
