When the garlic arrows ripen, we always have few of them, because they can be used to make a delicious dish. One condition is that the arrows must be young (soft).
Ingredients
- we take all the ingredients to taste:
- garlic arrows
- vegetable oil
- salt pepper
- vinegar
Steps
Wash the arrows and cut into 3-5 cm pieces. Boil in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water (can be used for soup), and add vegetable oil, salt, pepper, vinegar to taste to the hot arrows, mix. I make it sharper. Fold in a jar and refrigerate. When it cools down, it can be used as a side dish, or as an independent dish.

With such arrows, you can cook various salads, for example: arrows, boiled cauliflower, pickled cucumber, crab sticks, any dressing. You can also make a sandwich paste from garlic arrows, dill, parsley, butter and lemon juice, just grind everything well in a blender.
