Today I am preparing a delicious and quick BREAKFAST in 15 minutes. Both kids and adults will like it. And especially for housewives, because it is fast, simple and affordable.

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs Eggs
  • 280 g Zucchini
  • 40 g Tomato
  • 100 g Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Greens
  • to taste Salt, pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

First, I'll prepare the products. I rub the zucchini on a fine grater, I have a young one, I do not remove the skin.

I cut the tomato into cubes, rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and chop the greens.
I drive 5 eggs into a large bowl and add to them the zucchini, a little squeezed out of the juice, tomato, cheese, but not all, I leave 20 grams, herbs and, if desired, 1 clove of garlic.

Salt, pepper to taste and mix everything well.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated pan and pour 2 small omelet scoops and distribute evenly.

So that everything is thoroughly fried, I close the pan with a lid. Fry for about 5 minutes on low heat. I open the lid and roll it up.

I slide it over the edge of the pan and fill the rest of the pan with omelet again. Let it grab, turn the finished roll onto a damp base so that it does not burn, and cover it with a lid.

I fry again for 3-4 minutes and so on until the end. When all the mixture is over, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with dill.

Making the smallest fire. I wait for the cheese to melt, about 2 minutes and put it on a plate.
