An unusual way of cooking, so that a gorgeous dinner or lunch is made from simple products! As always, everything will be simple and delicious! Prepared this recipe today and decided to repeat it over the weekend, great!
Ingredients

- 1 glass of water
- 400 gr flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- vegetable oil
- dill
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc bell pepper
- to taste salt, black pepper
Steps
First, let's make a yeast dough with dill. Everything, as usual, activated the yeast (quick brew), added vegetable oil and finely chopped dill. Kneaded well, the dough should be soft. Let the dough stand for 40-60 minutes.
During this time, we will prepare the rest of the products for our recipe. We cook chicken and potatoes, as always. Fry the onion (finely chopped), send the meat and bell peppers here. At the end, add the potatoes, season and pour in water (broth) so that the level is 1-1.5 cm below the top layer of the potatoes.
While the potatoes with meat are boiling, roll the dough into a rectangle. Lubricate with vegetable oil and fold in three.
We cut into small pieces. We blind two blanks together and press down on top with a pencil or a Chinese stick (press down well).
Remove the stick, roll the pressed dough around your fingers. We pinched it and we got a flaky blank for donuts.
We put the donuts on the potatoes (it is advisable to have time before everything boils), cover and cook for 20 minutes. Do not open the lid.
