Here is a simple and very tasty recipe, minimum of products. These are incredibly flaky cakes! You can make sweet and savory, whatever you like! Cook to your health and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 500 gr flour
- 300-350 ml cold water
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 50-60 gr sugar
- a pinch of salt
Steps
We knead the usual dough from flour, water and a pinch of salt. Knead well for a few minutes.
The dough should be softer than the dumplings. Pour the finished dough with vegetable oil (grease it well), cover with a film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Then we divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces (it all depends on the size of your pan). Grease the workpieces again with oil and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Each such bun is well stretched by hands into a thin, almost transparent layer. Sprinkle some sugar on top. Now we fold the layer of dough in layers, form a cake with our hands.
Fry the cakes on both sides, until golden brown, in a dry frying pan.
It turns out very tasty! To make it easier to eat, cut the cakes into small squares. source
