Fragile, crunchy from the simplest products and most importantly very quickly...
I hope you will be satisfied too)))
I such a dough is best suited for salty fillings!!!
Ingredients
- 200 ml pickled cucumber brine
- 3 tablespoons refined oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- a teaspoon (no slide) baking soda
- a tablespoon of sugar
- 400 grams of flour
- Refined frying oil!
- Any filling you love!
Steps
Pour brine + oil + salt + soda + sugar into a bowl, mix well and now add flour in parts through a sieve and knead the smooth dough.
In principle, you can immediately form the pies, but I cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Any filling to your taste and preferably, as for me, salty is suitable for this dough.
The dough turns out to be fragile and a little shortbread!
For the filling, I boiled mashed potatoes + (boiled a beef light until soft and twisted) mixed in a pan with fried onions and mixed with mashed potatoes + salt, pepper to taste.
Divide the dough into the desired pieces and sculpt the pies in the desired shape, I like flat and thin.
Fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown and spread on a napkin to remove excess oil.
