The combination of meat and potatoes is a win-win for me! Many people like it, you can feed your fill, and if you still serve beautifully! Today we tried such a recipe, portioned minced meat baskets with a very tasty filling and baked potatoes on top! The recipe is a fairy tale, try it for health!

Ingredients

  • the foundation:
  • 600 gr minced meat
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • filling:
  • green pea
  • Red pepper
  • cheese
  • mashed potatoes:
  • 2-3 potatoes,
  • 1 tsp cream oils,
  • 30 ml, cream
  • salt

Steps

Let's start by preparing the meat base, it's very simple. You will need minced meat from your favorite meat. Grate onion on a coarse grater and mix with bread crumbs. Let it stand for a couple of minutes, the breadcrumbs will absorb the excess onion juice and become softer. Combine all prepared products with minced meat and mix well.

We form nests from minced meat, try to make them the same by weight. Mine 60 gr. Add green peas, red pepper and a piece of cheese on top to each nest. Cut the pepper into small cubes, and my peas are frozen, just poured with boiling water for 5 minutes.

Now we will quickly make mashed potatoes, boiled a couple of potatoes. And while they are hot, remember with a crush (do not forget to add butter and cream). Place the delicate puree on the prepared nests using a pastry bag.

We bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, 40 minutes. Video recipe
