Quick Pie - Help in 5 Minutes

There is a catastrophic lack of time for cooking. And I want something tasty. This pie always helps me out, it is tasty, budgetary, different every time and, most importantly, it prepares quickly - only 5 minutes to cook, not counting the baking time.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 250 gr of any liquid jam
  • pinch of baking soda
  • a pinch of baking powder
  • a packet of vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Steps

Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream and vanilla with a whisk until smooth. Add half a liter jar of liquid jam (best of all apricot). Mix.

Add flour, baking soda (not quenched) and baking powder (add optional). Stir until smooth. The dough should be like thick sour cream.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, greased with a thin layer of butter or margarine, and pour out the dough. flatten it.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until brownish. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.

Place the cake on a dish, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

The cake is ready. Instead of jam, I sometimes use apples, grated on a coarse grater, or you can make a pie without jam, and ready to cut it in half and layer it with jam. Delicious anyway. a source
