I want to share a very tasty and fragrant recipe for Lemon Pie, which even my Mom was delighted with, so you won’t go wrong if you decide to bake it.
Ingredients
- 150 gr. granulated sugar
- 150 gr. butter
- 1 egg
- 300-350 gr. flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 2 medium lemons
Steps
Mix 150 g of sand with softening butter, add an egg, mix salt and gradually add sifted wheat flour, knead the elastic dough. Divide the dough into two parts: one larger and the other smaller, cover with cling film and put most of it in the refrigerator, the smaller one in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Wash the lemons and immerse them in boiling water for 4 minutes, this removes the bitterness (you can freeze it in advance, the effect is the same) After we cut them into 4 parts, remove the bones and grind in a blender to a mushy state with 100 g of granulated sugar (who likes sweeter, you can add more Sahara)
We take out most of our dough and distribute it evenly by lifting not high sides into a detachable form lined with baking paper. Pour the lemon-sugar mixture, spreading evenly with a spoon.
We take out the second part of the dough from the freezer and rub it on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the cake with our grated dough on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
We bake for 35-40 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.
