Itβs hard to believe that you can make such a delicious pie with potatoes and canned fish in 10 minutes! Pouring pie in 10 minutes and no dough fiddling!
Ingredients
- 6 rounded tablespoons; flour -
- 250 grams; sour cream -
- 200 grams; mayonnaise -
- 0.5 tsp spoons; salt -
- 0.5 tsp spoons; soda -
- 4-5 pieces of medium-sized; potatoes -
- 1 piece; onion -
- 3 pieces; eggs -
- 1 can of canned fish -
Steps
Cooking the jellied dough. To do this, beat three chicken eggs with salt and soda. Add a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise to them. Beat until smooth. Sift flour in parts and knead the dough.
We put it aside and do the stuffing. To do this, finely chop the onion, and rub the potatoes on a vegetable grater. Knead saury with a fork, and add chopped onions to it. We mix.
Forming a cake. I bake it in the usual split form, the bottom of which I line with parchment paper, and coat the walls with butter.
I pour out half of the batter. I spread the grated potato filling on it. Be sure to add some salt to the filling so that the cake does not turn out bland. Then I spread the saury stuffing with onions and pour in the remaining half of the dough.
I put the pie in a well-heated oven to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick.
