Ingredients
- 1 small young vegetable marrow
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato,
- 1 can of canned red beans in its own juice
- 1 pack of processed cheese for soup
- to taste bay leaves, salt and herbs
Steps
Peel vegetables, wash herbs. Chop the onion, carrot, tomato.
Cut the courgette into small cubes and send to a saucepan of boiling water.
While we are waiting for the broth to boil, we make frying from onions, carrots and tomatoes until golden brown.
The zucchini has boiled - we spread the frying to it. Boil for 5 minutes, add beans, herbs, bay leaf and finely chopped cheese.
Stir continuously until the cheese is completely dissolved. Turn it off and leave it to brew for 10 minutes.
