Hello everyone! Making cottage cheese for breakfast! This delicious treat is loved by both children and adults! Lush, soft, airy, fragrant and mega delicious with a golden crust with tea or coffee, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 450 g Curd -
  • 2 pcs Eggs -
  • 2 tbsp Sugar -
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder -
  • 350-400 gr Flour -
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar -

Steps

I put 450 gr in a bowl. cottage cheese. I will add 2 eggs to it, sugar to taste. I add 4 tsp. or 2 tbsp. I mix everything with a fork. Then 1.5 tsp. baking powder for dough and flour. I add a little flour. It may need a little more or less, it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. It is better to take dry cottage cheese, at least 5% fat. First, I knead the dough in a bowl, then transfer the dough to the table and stir on the table. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky.

I divide the dough into several parts, roll a flagellum from each part. I cut it into pieces, about 8-10 cm. length. Then with a fork I give the shape of a triangle with grooves. I dip the fork into flour, then press it to the dough. I do this with every dough flagellum. You can, of course, not shape with forks, and just fry the cubes, but, in my opinion, this way the curds look more interesting.

I fry the flagella in vegetable oil on three sides over medium heat until a beautiful golden color. I take off on paper towels.
Ready-made curds can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
