Cutlets are made from what is almost always in the refrigerator! Simple, fast, tasty, economical!

Ingredients

  • 300 gr minced chicken
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 gr of hard cheese
  • 2-3 st. tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour or cornstarch (I have starch)
  • Salt, spices to taste

Steps

Three cheese and carrots on a grater, finely chop the onion into cubes, squeeze the garlic.

Next, mix all the ingredients and salt. For spices, I add the chicken seasoning. (You can add bell pepper, or cabbage, or zucchini as desired. Here are variations for the amateur and for what is in the refrigerator).

We form cutlets with a tablespoon and put in a pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes on each side under a closed lid, depending on the power of the stove.
