Today we make a very tasty green sauce from garlic arrows and spices without preservatives and other unhealthy additives.
Ingredients:
1. Garlic arrows (handful)
2. A clove of garlic (1-2 pcs)
3. Flaxseed oil (1/3 cup)
4. Ground red and black pepper (2 pinches)
5. Turmeric (pinch) is possible without
6. Lemon (half)
7. Peeled pumpkin seeds (handful) can be without
8. Dill (bunch)
Preparation
We take the arrows of garlic (you can from the freezer), place in a blender container, add a clove of garlic, dill, pumpkin seeds (soaked overnight in water), pour oil, pour in pepper, turmeric, sprinkle with lemon juice (if you do it without pumpkin seeds, you can first beat the butter with lemon juice, and then add everything rest).
Then we twist until smooth for about a minute. We transfer to a convenient jar and taste this wonderful green sauce with the main dishes (it is stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, but it is better to eat everything fresh). Bon Appetit!
