The good thing about this healthy breakfast is that it is "live"; you don't even have to boil oats, but not cold like most raw food dishes.
And another plus of this porridge is that it is better absorbed than boiled one, because it contains live bioactive enzymes (is a building material for muscles, because horses are strong, and they love oats).
It also takes 4 hours to digest, and not 12 hours like the same oatmeal cooked in milk with sugar.
Raw oatmeal feeds its (native) intestinal microflora, which gives our body energy, vitamins and strengthens immunity, and boiled - enemy (putrid and fermenting) and makes us lethargic.
Everything turns out to be preparing even faster than usual.
Ingredients:
1. Oatmeal - 1 glass
2. Flax seed -1 tbsp
3. Raisins - a handful
4. Ground hazelnuts - half a teaspoon (without)
Preparation
We do not take instant oatmeal, but ordinary oatmeal (the first is more harmful). Fill it with hot water in a plate (not even boiling water!), Cover with a saucer, leave for 3-5 minutes. At this time, add my raisins to the already softened oatmeal.
Then add the nut and flax seed (it is advisable to soak it in the evening).
The hot raw oatmeal porridge is ready. Bon appetit, friends!
