Ingredients:

1. Overripe banana - 1 piece

2. Currant berries - a third of a glass

5. Water - a third of a glass

Preparation

We take currants (you can from the freezer), put them in a blender container, add banana pulp, soft raisins and flax seed (you can soak them for an hour in water).

Pour a little warm water so that the blender takes the total mass, twist for about a minute and the sweet and sour treat is ready.
