(you can miss some components that are "too tough for you")
Preparation
We prepare all the components, wash them thoroughly. Cut the avocado into cubes (it replaces boiled potatoes and an egg), chop the herbs, garlic as finely as possible (it is better to grate the cucumber and radish on a coarse grater).
Pour in spices, salt to taste (we add pink, you can have another or no salt at all), throw in a slice of lemon for a pleasant sourness.
Add kvass and okroshka is ready (in general, it is better to add kvass later to the plate, but if okroshka is eaten in one sitting, then you can immediately).
Bon appetit, dear friends! (it is even more pleasant to taste (recharge) such a vitamin okroshechka in the spring sun, it is this that strengthens the immune system)
In Russian families, apart from clean drinking water and juices, there were always kvass, fruit drinks and other healthy drinks. There are a lot of recipes (options for making kvass).
We make ordinary kvass for hops (you can peep the kvass recipe on the Internet, there is no problem with that).
Here is a quick recipe for yeast-free kvass.
Making the sourdough with hops. We take hops (5 hop cones finely crushed in a mortar), rye crackers, half a teaspoon of cane sugar, warm water (glass). We put in a warm, dry, dark place in a jar covered with a lid (but not tightly so that gas escapes). After 3 days, the starter will be ready.
We make kvass itself. Add to a three-liter jar of rye crackers, a cherry leaf, a few dill seeds (for astringency of taste) and 2 tablespoons tablespoons of honey, fill with warm spring filtered water and leave for 3 days in a warm place (covered with a lid, but not tight). When the crackers float up and begin to go down, it means that the kvass is ready.
