This porridge is very satisfying because it contains healthy fats from sunflower seeds. It is done very simply.
Ingredients:
1. Hercules - 1 glass
2. Peeled sunflower seeds - just over half a glass
3. Honey - 3-4 tablespoons
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
We take rolled oats (ordinary, not quickly brewed, it is more harmful), fill it with hot water, leave it to soak for 5 minutes.
Then add to it homemade halva made from sunflower seeds and honey using a coffee grinder, meat grinder or blender (or separately seeds and honey). Stir and eat while it is still hot, add oil, sprinkle with halva on top.
You can twist everything on a blender for about a minute and you get a more tender porridge (oatmeal from rolled oats). Bon appetit, dear friends!
How useful homemade halva is made.
Sunflower seed is taken (peeled), crushed with any convenient tool, mixed with honey, rolled into a sausage (or somehow pressed in a different way) and put away in a bag for the night in fridge. In the morning, homemade halva is ready.
The advantage of this halva is that it does not contain any unnecessary additives (it is made without flour, sugar, molasses, etc.).
If you want halva even tastier, then you can lightly fry the seeds, but this will be less useful.
Volume gain. It tastes like eating a whole plate of delicious halva (oatmeal is obtained as a filler).
