Unlike boiled potatoes, which clogs the body, clogs the intestines and promotes mucus formation (in Russia, there were even katofelny riots and potatoes were called a damn apple and did not accept in any way), turnip is a cleansing "product of God" that does not form sickly mucus, does not acidify (= defile), but leaches space.
That is, it works for us, and not against us, like a brush cleans the digestive organs of everything that is superfluous, helps to normalize everything and everything around it (you can't put it another way!).
Let's make a simple turnip salad and a bioactive root vegetable (not scalded with boiling water).
Ingredients:
1. Petrovskaya turnip - 1 piece (medium size)
2. Honey - 1 tablespoon
3. Turmeric - pinch
Preparation
We take a fresh turnip, wash it well, peel it, cut it in 2 halves, rub it on a fine grater, add liquid honey and turmeric.
Stir, let stand for 5 minutes, so that the turnip gives juice and bon appetite (it is better to eat such a salad separately from other food in the afternoon).
