I constantly want carbohydrates, because they provide energy. Morning is just the right time for carbohydrates (they are well absorbed by 10:00). But carbohydrates differ in carbohydrates.

But this is undeserved joy, and this is followed by a sharp failure (hypoklycemia) and we become sad. This is why many people have become like food exterminator terminators. All because of the frequent use of harmful (fast) carbohydrates.

They say that in order to lose weight you need to eat a little, but often... Why make insulin to be produced so often? From these frequent surges in blood sugar, on the contrary, it will spread like a fat cat that will not climb into the gate! (you yourself know that jokes are bad for the pancreas, friends). Modern youth is constantly chewing something (the stomach is never empty at all). But he is also a "man" and wants to rest!

To avoid such sharp jumps in blood glucose, it is advisable to consume slow carbohydrates (for example: fruits, dried fruits, seeds ...). I ate a carrot and ran! It will be slowly absorbed (due to fiber) and provide energy for a long time, and you will feel much better than a "fleeting" piece of cake.

Let's make a healthy dessert without refined sugar and "trick" our brain (after eating such raw-food sweets, the same happens feeling as if he had eaten his usual sweets, seemed to have eaten something sweet, but at the same time did not harm himself, and this is a pleasant feeling of a lot worth it).

Ingredients:

1. Flax seed - 4 tbsp spoons (for bulk)

2. Wheat bran - half a glass (fiber)

3. Raisins - just over half a glass (as natural sweetness)

4. Orange zest (from a third or a quarter of an orange)

5. Water - 1 glass (for everything about everything)

Preparation

Immerse the prepared food in the blender container. First, flax seed (pre-soaked overnight in water), pour in the bran, add a third of a glass of warm water.

Beat thoroughly for about 1.5-2 minutes until thick. Then add carefully washed soft raisins (if they are overdried, soak them in water for 2 hours or overnight). We also throw orange zest there (its essential oils give a gorgeous taste and aroma to our dessert.
