The simplest blood thinner warming drink

Everyone knows that if the blood is thick, then you will not see good health! So we will "liquefy" it and in the future we will try not to thicken it anymore (with fatty foods).

As always, we use the simplest means. Today the king of the table is His Majesty the lemon. He is always like a warm summer sun on our table!

Ingredients:

1. Lemon - half

2. Ground cloves - a pinch

3. Turmeric - a pinch

4. Ground ginger - a pinch

5. Water - 1 glass

6. Honey - 1 tablespoon (undesirable)

Preparation

We take the lemon, wash it, cut it into 2 parts, one half to the side, and divide the second into 4 parts, put it in a blender container, add cloves, turmeric, ginger powder and honey (but better without it).

Fill with hot water, but not boiling water (as far as the blender tolerates). Grind for about 1.5 minutes, set to brew for 20 minutes, filter through a strainer into a mug, add boiling water and drink like tea.

This warming lemon drink is especially good to drink in the fall and winter, when it gets cold outside. He quickly wakes up! Good health, dear friends! ;)
